Pure water equipment that starts too frequently and is rated for short or intermittent operation will continue to operate. The number of starts should be limited, and thermal protection should be selected and used correctly based on the calibrated rating on the motor.
3. The reason for the motor itself is that it is connected incorrectly and the triangle is incorrectly connected in a Y-shape, causing the motor temperature to rise rapidly. The stator winding has phase to phase short circuit, interval short circuit, or local grounding. The motor may experience local overheating in mild cases, and insulation burnout in severe cases. The squirrel cage rotor has broken bars or defects, and when the motor runs for 1-2 hours, the temperature of the iron core rapidly increases. The ventilation system of the pure water equipment has malfunctioned. Check if the fan is damaged, if the rotation direction is correct, and if the ventilation duct is blocked. The wear of bearings and the eccentric cleaning of the rotor cause friction between the stator and rotor iron core, resulting in a metal impact sound and a rapid increase in the temperature of the iron core. In severe cases, the motor emits smoke and even the coil burns out.
4. Reason for working environment: The motor winding is damp or has dust, oil stains, etc. Connected to the winding, resulting in reduced insulation. The insulation resistance of the motor should be measured and cleaned and dried. The ambient temperature is too high. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35 ℃, the high intake temperature will cause the temperature of the motor to be too high. Therefore, it is necessary to try to improve its working environment and build a shed to shade it.
